Happy Friday Eve! Had to run into Albany after work to renew my cc at the court house and had the most pleasant lady help me. I was dreading going in as sometimes you get someone helping you who acts like it's the biggest inconvenience (building dept. has a few). But she made it enjoyable. Hope I have that kind of luck when I renew the DL later this year, sometime the worst part is the wait at the DMV.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Still in Newport and just getting back to the motel room. USCG has the gale flags a flying and the bar is closed, although it doesn't look as gnarly as it had been looking.
