Your Headlights cleaned up pretty nice Jason. I replaced the buckets on the Excursion after a cousin did a clean up on the stock ones. He sanded them down and sprayed a clear coat on them and they didn't turn out to bad, they definitely looked better than they were.
These are brand new headlights and corners for about $100. The repaired headlights don’t seem to last very long..,.

Ahh my mistake. I skimmed over the thread to quickly and I thought I had read that you had cleaned them up. 10-4. I think I paid $40 for a pair and I bought 2 pair. Not a bad deal.

There are less expensive new headlights than what I used, but quality is questionable. I’ve seen them with peeling reflective material and letting water in after just a few weeks. The Eagle Eyes brand is a little more $$, but seem to hold up well.
I recently ordered a pair of new headlamps from RockAuto. For my 2001 truck, I had to source 2003 headlamps to get the clear (non-composite), aero design replacements. These were the cheapest ones available from RockAuto at about CAD $28 (USD$21'ish) and were described as "aero design" from "various manufacturers". They arrived in Eagle Eyes packaging. Thanks to Bentley Coops suggestion, I sealed the seam with GE Silicone and when the weather breaks, I'll install them. I'll also upgrade the wiring harness and likely try the Hella 100/80watt bulbs.
