You seem to be getting it cleared pretty good.

The last week really had me tired out, I could not find the motivation to do anything yesterday. I just could not bring myself to go out in the heat after working it in it all week. Up early catching up now and want to get it done before it gets super hot.

It's going to be a little rough but you can work thru it.

Today is my one year anniversary at Yancey. I got my one year review yesterday and it was pretty good. Best part is they gave me 34 hours of vacation time. I now have enough time to cover the time I'm taking off for vacation!

I watched the eclipse on and off thru my welding helmet. Even with 90% coverage it did not get as dark as I thought it would get.

Busy week, I got my one year review on Monday. The decided to give me a raise. I whopping .41 cents an hour, are you kidding me?? If it wasn't for the fact I'm not planning on staying more than about 9 or 10 months I would be mad as heck.

Welcome to corprate America. At least you got a raise. The Ssa, Va COLA are a joke. Some years we get nothing, some less than 1%. If it goes up too much Medicare goes up

Anyone got a source for front springs for my F250 in Georgia ? Just the OEM replacement, without paying dealer prices !

5 days, and my energy is off the charts. Im still getting used to a sobor sleep schedule, since I require like 5 sobor, and 7 or 8 or more depending on the level of screwed up I was. Met up with a guy from a church I attended years ago, and he seemed great, and looks like Ill be attending sunday. He has already thrown me some auto work as well.

Painter and I are thinking about doing work on the side from my garage and his garage to double our paychecks on quick turn arounds.

Boss is also thinking about having another meeting, and we have an interview with an insanely good fabricator tomorrow. I hope he gets hired and sargent crack boy gets fired. Im also trying to talk the audio guy into convincing the boss to let him run the office and work in the shop, would make him money, and get the POS lazy *** office guy fired, and the boss would be worry free.

I really hope everything falls into place, in the past 5 days Ive already seem major changes in my life and the shops morale.

Even had dinner with my landlord and his family tonight, landlord is also our contract PDR guy. Im having feelings I havent had in years.
