So let me pick yalls brains.

Bear with me. Please read, and all chime in if you can.

2 weeks ago, boss on a vacation right. D (sake of names) hires black guy. Guy works Monday, and Tuesday half day, goes home coughing up blood. D told him not to come back until Monday to talk to C about a job. C lets him work, so black works monday, some tuesday, one his phone most of the time, sketchy, walking to his car and being sneaky. Some things come up missing in the shop, maybe 1200 worth in tools. Black gets fired because he is trying to get paid for more hours than he his actually at the shop for, so there is no possible law suit.

Sargent crackhead immediatly blames black once hes fired for the lost tools in the shop.

Painter and I talking tonight, he found a tool under a 1956 F100 we have in the shop, says he say plastic on top of the tool, and hand prints in the dust, under the truck, in the center nearly hidden behind the tire like it was set up..........

Sargent also states to painter that Black got 40 for a tool thats worth 600 at a pawn shop.............................

Does this sound fishy?

I dont trust the Sarge, hes a wiped out crack head......but Im thinking now......

heres the deal though, we have no proof. if theres a hand print we could match his hand. Im going to look into maybe reporting his activity. Dude shared too much info with me, and I know he rides dirty enough to be thrown back into jail quick.

What really pissed me off, painter lost a deep socket. We found it in sarges toolbox, with weed resin. Painter could go to jail for 30 years if they found that ****. I took it home and cleaned it with my special cleaner ish..... That really bit at me. Pissed Painter off too, and sarge lied to his face about it. ****ing socket had painters name engraved in it.......

Coughing up blood ? That would alarm me greatly... thats a big sign he may have TB and exposed everyone.

You could always invite the local Drug sniffing dog to come pay a friendly visit...

Or company employee drug test, would scare the guy into quitting...

Welcome back Bill !!!

I think I am going to rebuild the front end of the Lightning in the spring, I know what the eye roll from the wife is, anyone that is married gets those every now and then.

Sounds to me like you all need a camera system inside the shop. From the pictures you have shared it looks like a nice shop but too much drama going on. Some people you talk to just do the north and south when you talk to them and don't remember what you said 10 minutes later.

Make a detailed spreadsheet for you and the painter. You pay us this BUT we make you this. If we go this direction and make these changes we can make you this. Talk is cheap but hard data is hard to overlook. You have made your place just like I have made mine doing 745C transmissions.

Changed out internet service providers this morning, dropped disnet and went with Hughsnet Gen 5. Man oh man what a difference in speed. I can finally play a video without having to wait for it to spool. The disnet was low and pointed at the thickest set of tress in my yard, the Hughsnet is higher and at a different angle with no obstructions. Should have done this a long time ago.

We would, but we are an herb friendly shop. Anything else is out no questions asked but we got to have proof of the usage first.

He was black, and smoked Newports like crazy, that explains the blood.

Drug sniffing dogs, if they found anything, would send my painter back to jail just being in the presence of it.

We do. Painter and I are getting smarter about how things are going now that we have figured out the whole deal. Audio guy called it too, but he hasnt been here to see how its panned out this week.

We have some spreadsheets, and I do agree we need to make some more to prove the bottom line isnt healthy.
