I worked on replacing part of the floor and sink cabinet all day. My knee is killing me. We had a leak that rotted part of the floor and sink cabinet. After got the floor covering up saw the damage, then saw the shortcut work the guy did 10 years ago when the water heater busted. Instead of replacing the entire floor, he just replaced what was damaged . The orginal was Nova Deck he patched it with osb and use wall plaster to try and level it. Lowes has some 3/4 ply for 19.
Got 2 this month. Get some more next month. Plus the water heater is starting to leak at the top

I guess I didnt fill yall in. I have 2 degrees and a minor and enough credits to get another 3 minors. I did this in 4 years, graduated in '15. I went blue collar because
1. I hate office life, I did it, for high end companies before I was 22, **** that
2. I love working on things, with my hands, and I love being able to look at some dumb **** whos 45 and tell him what I know and how I can do it quicker and watch em get pissed
3. I am a badass mother ****er with tools, and I have never been corrected by any mechanic Ive ever seen in a shop
4. The money was here, and out of college Id make 1/4 of what I make now for the next 15 years till I get promoted.
5. Job security
6. I needed to expand some skills I know I needed work on
7. I want to own a shop or business, and no better way than to be in the **** to be successful. Ive had 4 business, I allowed 3 to dissolve because they served my purpose and the other fell apart (my first one)

at 25, yeah.

I hate it when people short cut, most times it's not that much more to do it correctly the first time.

I have to do a tune up on the mother in-laws SUV this weekend. I have mow her grass and trim the hedges at her house sometime this week since she is coming back next Saturday.

She went to visit her other daughter in Wisconsin. It did not turn out like she thought, ended up being the cook, cleaning lady and babysitter. She said next year they can come down and visit but she's not going back up.

She watched the house for us when we went to the beach for 3 days. We told her don't do anything just relax. She cleaned and organized the refrigerator, cleaned the oven, organized the storage cabinets and I don't even remember what else. We are not dirty disorganized people but she just finds stuff to do and it drives my wife nutty.

I hate to see what she is going to do while we are gone for a week.

Jacob you get to play with some cool toys. You are playing with vehicles and I'm trying to figure out how to mod a battery powered fan onto a stroller. Something is just not right with this.
