My 2018 F250 Lariat did not have BLIS...everything else but not Bliss. I hear the replacement tail lamp assembly is quite expensive...so I'll probably live without it.

Got it! After reading this thread multiple times and then reading a mustang forum about a similar topic, I found the steps I was missing. Note* when running forscan do not select any saved profiles you may have for your vehicle. Let it run as if its for a different vehicle. It will then pick up the new SODL & SODR modules. Everyone's post has been a huge help. Ty

I have the puddle lights, I have pin 13 and 20 with wires in there location. So not sure why there’s no
ddm or pdm modules. It must be using another source of module

The ipc has the cta option to enable and the bliss option I can enable both. I’ll have to do some digging In the modules to see where the put the pdm and ddm info. Not quite sure why those modules are not there

Question, I have a 2019 F-350 lariat sport on order and wondering if I have blis and and no led headlights will the rear taillights come with led lights or halogen ?

just wondering if blis adds led’s in rear taillight housing or not .

BLIS LED Pigtail

Updated 2/6/2019.

The BLIS LED connector is NOT WPT-1197 / 3U2Z-14S411-PF, even though Ford says that it is.

After inspecting the new mirror glass and finding the manufacturer (JST) of the connector on the glass side, I believe the parts below will work. I will update this post with the results once the parts arrive.

Connector:
02R-JWPF-VSLE-S ($0.74 /ea from Digi-Key) https://www.digikey.com/product-deta...1205-ND/608646

Pins:
SWPR-001T-P025 ($0.12 /ea from Digi-Key) https://www.digikey.com/product-deta...21-1-ND/608889

Note: Glass side connector is FEMALE, and contains MALE pins

Thanks to everyone that came before me, as they majority of the leg work. I'm hoping these connectors work out so that this conversion can be done without having to replace the LED connector attached to the new the mirror glass.

Are you confusing the cross traffic alert with the back up sensors? My backup sensors go off a lot but my cross traffic alert has only gone off when I was backing out of a parking spot and a vehicle was approaching from 90 degrees. The cross traffic alert saved me once when the truck was a week old. I was at an old pull through spray car wash and the exit door broke. I was backing out and some younger driver came flying through the parking lot. The cross traffic alert system went nuts and not knowing what was happening I stopped. Kid missed hitting my by a couple feet. It said something about vehicle approaching from the right or something like that.

I'm having the same trouble. I have programmed SODL and SODR with my vin, but I am still getting U0501 and U049A (Invalid data received from door control module). I don't believe I have made any changes in the door control modules. I must be missing something.

You have to program both door modules, as the door module is what controls the LED in the glass,

Must update all these modules:
IPC
DDM
PDM
SODL
SODR

Forample:

DDM/PDM 740/741-04-01 F400 xx - Turn Signals, Puddle Lamps & BLIS
OR
DDM/PDM 740/741-04-01 74xx xx - Turn Signals & BLIS - without Puddle Lamps

Sorry no extra pins left any more, but they cheap $10 for 100 strip. Only that couple days if you order from Mouser. Will have to work on cleaning up the PM box, just not a priority.
