I spoke with a few people here before about my 4r100.. it threw a code a month ago for P0750.. i replaced solenoid and it continued to do it even after clearing codes numerous times.. then all of a sudden it was perfectly fine for over a week, no codes, i ran a few brick hauls with it and ran it for over an hour straight.. i went to fl and upon return i took her for a drive and wouldnt you know, the code has returned.. i did hammer down a little but not from a dig, i just got on it a little playing with a neighbor and his truck and all of a sudden it did its thing slipping and not up shifting then the O/D started flashing again... i cant understand why the code would come back all of a sudden, there has to be a wiring problem correct? I need help, i just paid off my daily and have no money left to bring the truck to a shop.. so itll sit until i figure it out on my own. Thanks for any suggestions!
That code indicates an electrical problem in the circuit that includes shift solenoid 1. 90% of the time this code sets due to a problem with the wiring harness. The problem can be anywhere between the PCM and shift solenoid 1. It can also be a problem with the solenoid, but that's not likely.

also, is there a map of where it runs somewhere? sorry should of asked that in last post
The problem with that is where would you get a harness? If you can find one, expect it to be at least a grand, maybe more.
A much better idea is to replace just the wire in question. I don't have a wiring diagram, but most likely someone will.
okay, i do believe i will ultimately bring it to the shop.. i looked at the connections at the plugs on tranny and didnt see any visible damage.. i still have to check the shift lever, but one last question.. i have a TS 6 position chip plugged into my pcm.. could that cause this issue somehow? Ive had it for about 4 years, and its almost always on 50-75 hp except when i use high idle position in winter.

That's a start, but a small portion of where the problem might be. If all you are doing is looking at it, you're wasting your time. Quite often a wire breaks inside the insulation. You can't see the damage, but the circuit doesn't work. You need to check the wires for continuity and shorts to ground and power.

For what? It isn't involved with this problem in any way.

I *ALWAYS* suspect chips. Remove it and see if the problem comes back.

a reputable ( or so i thought ) shop here in CT questioned whether the lever was in line correctly.. like if R N D lined up properly when i put it in gear.. not sure why they asked.. and im going to try disconnected the chip tonight.. i really hope thats the issue
The harness under the truck is subject to damage from road debris or from rodent gnawing(for some reason, mice etc. love to chew on insulation). A mirror and flashlight will help to inspect.
