I would think that you probably have to go to a dealer or service facility that has the Ford IDS to reprogram the trucks PATS. I do not know for certain, but I believe the IDS would need to erase/remove all keys identified in the PATS. Then the IDS would be used to program two new/existing keys into PATS.
After you have the two keys programmed into PATS, you can then add additional keys yourself. You can have up to 8 keys max without the unlimited key option being turned on. These 8 keys can be a combo of the integrated key heads (IKT - remote start keys) and ordinary PATS keys with 80bit security chips. Of the 8 keys, you can have a max of 4 IKT keys.
If unlimited key option is turned on with the IDS, you can have more than 8 keys.
This is just my humble opinion and may not be accurate.
