Interesting picture of a near miss. I met the cement truck on a narrow, two lane and evidently he’s new and doesn’t realize how wide his truck is. I dropped the right side tires off the shoulder and missed him, but I definitely flinched as we passed. If I had been in my older SUV, I would have snugged the seat belt and sold it to him.
New or using his phone......
I'd be tempted to send that picture along to the company that owns the cement truck. He might have other infractions they already know about.
I'm passing through Washington State and the prices here are almost as bad. I'm seeing close to $5 or more for diesel near Seattle. They are probably adding twice as much tax to the price.
