If you had friends in high places that make the rules you wouldn't need to be competitive, just need to donate some of the funds back to them.

Doesn't the Gov do this with a ton of the Farms in the US ?
One company sells almost all of the seed for crops, farms don't make enough money to pay off the Huge machines they buy, gov pays them back in Hope's they don't leave

I believe it! I have been through this section a number of times over the years and I can easily count on one hand (and still have a few fingers left) how many times I didn’t get caught in this area. Of all the places I have personally driven, it has been the worst.
