I was wanting to go with essentially the Carli 2.5 leveling system without the brake lines because I do not want to mess with bleeding. When I talked to Carli they said that they have to be changed as there will be no down travel and the lines will be resting on the axle.
I thought I heard of folks just bending them. Is there a source for just the brackets like come on the puck/non-spring kits?

Readylift offers brake line extension brackets with there 2.5" leveling kits, and that's what I installed on my carli 2.5" level, and my buddies 2.5" carli level. Haven't had any problems yet.
I didn't want to mess with my brake lines unless I absolutely had to. Plenty of people have leveled there trucks without any problems, so I did the same.
I had the Readylift brake relocation brackets as well. I didn't like how the the relocation brackets bent the rigid lines. I did not want to deal with brake lines. However, I bit the bullet and got the Carli brake lines. I did the swap myself and did the bleeding with the help of my wife. I was really concerned and nervous about swapping lines, but it all worked out. They have been on my truck for several thousand miles now with no issues.
Just updating in this thread. Pretty happy with the 2.5 Pintop. I'm still running pretty high pressures in the tires because I have to tow on Friday and didn't want to mess with it. Ride feels really good. Took some getting used to with having the hood level and not looking over it with the factory rake. Made me want to elevate my seat at first! 37x12.5s on a 20x9 rim with 5.5 backspace. Did have to trim a bit on the inner rear part of the front wheel well, but mostly the plastic molding. I'm finding myself looking around for bumps to hit just to see how it goes. No problems with handling that I can tell. I've been up to 80 on the interstate and it's pretty steady. No bump steer or wobble. I haven't turned on the lane departure yet, but I don't really ever use it anyway. The first night I got it back I was getting high beam flashed a bit, so I took it home to lower the headlights which is a pain. Plastic parts that don't want to move tend to break. Especially the front right which uses a cable system to adjust. The screw head basically separated itself from the cable. Parts are on order at the dealership. Here are some pictures. Happy to get more if there's anything in particular you want to see. Anxious to get it on some Forest Service roads next weekend.
anybody installed the new track bar? it looks more complex than previous bars. any tricks/tips? What kind of puller do I need to pull the stock one off the axle end?
mine shows up today and I would like to have my ducks in a row.

i have the poor peasant version of your truck, XLT with chrome appearance package....i gotta say, those BMF's sold me. they look great with the paint color of the truck. Also jelly of the pintop kit.
Noticed that you have the Carli radius arms. Do the tires rub on the radius arms at full lock. The Carli arms are notched to allow more tire clearance. Wondering what your experience is.
what PSI are you running in your tires? (tire size?)
35x12.5r18
48psi fronts
45psi rear
I was told that I am running too high tire pressure. I'm sure I can come down some, but i don't know it "too high" is accurate.
I air up to tow and drop pressure when I am not.

Thanks,

I know you were not addressing me but and I don't personally have the radius arms yet but I know they will not rub. I had a chance to check them out on the Carli shop truck and they run a 37x13.5 with zero rubbing on the arm.
