The torque converter in blue looks to be a precision industries torque converter. Those are good quality converters.

I honestly don’t know much about the converter other than it’s definitely not stock I’m gonna run it for now but I have full attentions of buy a triple disk once funds allow that way I know what I have in it exactly I’m I’m definitely ready to get the swap done as the trans I put in my truck to get me buy till I could swap because I traded good trans pops out of 4th which is rather annoying still looking for tips on intalling 6.0 trans cooler and 6.0 intercooler as well

Well it’s been a while but some other bills came up but I ordered motorcraft trans fluid and the superduty lines and bypass all I’ve got left is to figure out if I’m gonna run an fittings and pushlock on other fittings or if I’m gonna run regular hose and clamps i used all an And pushloc on a buddies fuel system we built and I really liked how simple it is to use and how clean it looks so may be the route I go but I’ll post pics of new parts when they come in tomorrow

You're not going to put MERCON LV in your trans, are you? I predict a VERY short life for that trans on MERCON LV. That fluid will destroy it. You need MERCON V.

MERCON V was changed to be compatible with transmissions that originally used MERCON. That includes the E4OD and 4R100. MERCON LV is NOT compatible with those transmissions.

I had been wondering. Odd thing is I couldn't find Mercon V awhile back...only the LV stuff. I had to order it, which made no sense to me.
