Need some 4r100 help

Started having problems with my 02 f250 7.3l. It would run and not move like it stuck in third gear. So I read the codes had 4 differnt trans codes 755, 743,1754 and 1747 also had an idm code 1316. Called the transmission shop he said check the pigtail on the solenoids. I did and the wires were messed up. So I put a a new pigtail on today. Now the truck will drive. Has hard shifts and od light still flashes. Pulled the codes again. And same codes. I checked the fuses replaced ones that might have something to do with trans. I'm at a loss here. Is there anything goes else that could do this? Am I missing something? I can't really afford to take it to a shop right now. Hoping to get it fixed. Any help would be appreciated. Btw the new plug was a little differnt. The factory one had this on the 2 red wires and this is what the plug looked like

Did you clear the codes after the repair and they all came back?

Did your pigtail come with instructions?

What is the differences in the connector you are referring too, does it fit well on the solenoid block?

The two power wires were heat shrinked together not sure why. The new harness the wires were seperate. As for clearing the codes. My scanner says no communication when I try. Is there another way to clear them? I did have the battery disconnected for an hour while I redid the wireing. Also did one wire at a time so I wouldn't mix anything up

The two power wires are illustrated in the wiring diagram above, they both get power from the central junction box, and going into pin cavities 1 and 12 on the connector, that's the way it comes from the factory.

If the scanner is showing no communication during the clearing process then the scanner did not clear any codes, try disconnecting the battery and touching the two cables together for a few minutes, sometimes this will clear things out.

Well after running fine for over a month it's back at it. Stays in 3rd gear. Pulls all six codes again haven't had time to dig. But I'm thinking the power wire is dead again. Any one know if I can run a new red wire with out having any other problems. I'll cut the wire at the on and run new in a sleeve to the transmission and secure to old harness.

Ok. I pulled the plug and checked voltage had 12 volts going to both pins. Cleaned the connection. Pulled the kam fuse for a couple mins. Tired up no codes and would drive. Just don't understand. Only thing I can think of is it rained the day it messed up. Maybe water got in a connection? I'll drive it and see what happens
