I thought they looked like snap ring pliers.
I did the math and 2mm works out to be real close to 5/64", then I found this handy conversion chart.

Hi Ingo, As I told you a few days back it's really a pleasure to see such fine work. As to the question abut seat belts. I anchored mine in the same place you now show yours. When I do this front end switch, I was "thinking" about moving them to the floor and putting 4 in. wide piece of aluminum under the cab for strength. I'm a little iffy where they are anchored now but passengers have said they feel solid. Hate to have an accident to test it out.. The only real complaint I have is the belt binding on stock armrests and upholstery on bench seat as you put them on.. Before I knew it, belt had rubbed a spot on bench seat. Live and learn. Great work !!

thank you all!
Snap ring pliers sounds good to me.
Wayne that fractions / mm conversion chart is good, i saved it on my Computer, nobody knows...
Capnrik thank you for your suggestions, for sure i will put a reinforcement underneath. M y problem is i wanted the latches not with the belt than with that stiffer cable, but this is too short to reach from the bench to the floor, so i have to raise it. But raising makes it less stout, so i'm not sure how to reinforce it.

Hey Ingo, You're welcome but I'd be really surprised if you hadn't considered this problem/issue yourself from about a 100 different angles. The main reason I put my 2 cents worth in was the fact before I knew it, the seat belts on both sides rubbed the bead raw on my new upholstery, having a bench seat. I'll try and send a picture tomorrow. We'll see about the "old dog" n new tricks thing. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner but we are in a rush to get out of town for a month before I get started on the IFS replacement. Being such a tech idiot/dinosaur, I've been trying to learn how to send/receive my email on my phone.so I can keep viewing you and others' great work/ideas (and learn a few things, hopefully) while on the road. Eight states and maybe 5k miles. Hopefully I'll get things figured pretty good so I can do a decent job with pictures and stuff. Soooo----- in the meantime, take care, keep up the great work---and have fun. Later

Judging from the pictures, there's no doubt in my mind. I took a picture of the issue I have/had with seat/seat belt and arm rest and will try and figure out how to send it from my phone on the road. Good practice till I can start on front end. We are leaving in about 5 min and will return in about a month and 5k miles. Take care.
