Tailgate theft

This is what I did. Easy and it'll slow em down. I also keep mine locked all the time. I may consider the Pop & Lock also. Too bad we have to worry about the bad guys. They cost us money in most aspects of our lives....

Most of this type of criminals are just stupid and lazy. Throw something into the mix that they don't expect. If it takes them longer and most likely aren't prepared for the surprise, most likely will move on to an easier mark. You don't necessarily have to outrun the bear...

Thats exactly what I did. Also keep it locked when you're not actively using it. -- OR- Get a dog crate and take the gate/door off. Place it so the tailgate, when closed, forms the gate. Now put a badger in the crate.

Personally, I can afford $16 for something that can't easily be snipped away. Not all thieves are that lazy. Some might take the extra time if they think they have it.
