My doors stuck shut when we were in Arizona , I forgot to brake free lube the seals, I'm ready now though , even though I'm down in elevation , you can never be too prepaired .

I'm skeered pretty bad!

Sold my SJ house in 2016 that I bought in 2015, so no "long term capital gains" for me. Just "ordinary income." I made about 100k on it, but "luckily" have at least 45k in expenses selling it.

Soooo worth it though to live in my new house back in the country.

Oh yah. Been getting rained on for another couple days. I'm growing webs between my toes. 4 of the 6 roads off the mountain are closed for one reason or another. Are we having fun yet?
