These are my stock slugs which will be going back in once I install the radius arm drop brackets. Guy I spoke with at Wicked Customs said with the drop brackets and stock slugs I should be in 5.5 degree range and will correct my issues. I will certainly report back because I know what a issue this is for me driving my truck the way it is.
I have decided to do drop brackets but dont have my factory slugs, is this pretty close to what everyone is seeing on their factory ones as well?
if you get a chance can you please tak a full side shot l, im wanting to get a b3tter look at how low hang. Also what leveling spacers are you running?
Thanks
So quick measurement for you, ground to bottom of new bracket 13", ground to bottom of radius arm 12".
I had a 2.5" readylift installed and alignment done and the alignment shop apparently said the alignment was within spec and didn't install the caster shims. below is the print out, the before is with the leveling kit installed.
Suggestions on how to get them to fix it properly? the shop is 350 miles away, what if any negative effect is the caster being off on my new tires?

WTF...
I am by no means an alignment guy, but I am pretty positive that shop has no idea what they are talking about. Neither of those caster settings are in spec.
From what I understand, these trucks need 3+ * of positive caster

That alignment guy is lazy.
though caster is a non wearing angle and will have zero effect on tire wear, having caster that low will produce steering that is overly light, and has less desire to self center. it can also be cause to be more susceptible to death wobble. Have the shims installed.
Anymore update on this? Going to level my truck with the 2" BDS kit but do not want to experience loose steering and camber issues. Any suggestion on if I should move forward with the install?
