How hard was the install? I was debating on doing them myself versus having the alignment shop do it.
Thanks,
Chris
this is the second set i have done. first were 2*
these ones were a bit trickier. the passengers side didn't go in as easily as the driver side, but it fully seated on the knuckle easier. the driver side took some "encouragement" to fully seat
I'm now switching from the caster sleeves, which did not fix my issue, to radius arm drop brackets from Wicked Customs. So i'll be putting the factory slugs back in when i install the brackets.
If you don't mind me asking, what problem still existed after installing the caster bushings?

Steering is very light at speeds over 45-50 mph. Can't take your hand off the wheel what so ever. Adding the drop brackets will bring the front end back to where it belongs which is why the stock slugs will go back in and i should be good to go. If any issue after that i will try the dual steering stabilizer i have now.

Do this
turn the wheel all the way to the right and check to make sure the axle is centered in the axle housing.
You don't want to see this...( See Picture) See Pencil
Look at the black plastic shield and make sure there is no gap around the edge.
If it is your axle is off center in the axle housing
Think this is what Wirelineman is dealing with. Caster will correct this
Caster Specs for the 2017 are
Right Front 2.6-5.0
Left Front 2.3-4.7
16's are different.
Leveling my truck up in the next couple of weeks and went ahead and ordered PMF adjustable 3-link arms. Told myself I was gonna do the 2017 right. Last 3 trucks were just spacer leveled.

Mine looks a little different. Looks like my black plastic piece is stuck in the axle housing in the passenger side. I'm sure I could pry it out but didn't want to tear anything up. My axle definitely isn't centered. I took a pic of driver and passenger to see what the difference is my passenger looks to be quite a bit further out than my driver. Right now I have my dual axis adjustable caster/cam bushings in. Both are adjusted to 1 degree of caster and .25 degrees camber. I'm planning on getting the bushings that you suggested just haven't ordered them yet.

don't know exactly what this means. my axles are not centered in the housing.
i installed the 2.6* and 2.3* bushings you suggested.
my truck drives straight now, steering is firmed up, I have minimal bump steer, and adaptive steering in T/H is much better. I think all of the minor issues I was having are corrected now
Met with the Hunter Rep yesterday and their now updating all machines to the 2017 Specs. 2016 are quite different. They now can scan your VIN number. Problem is if there are any add on's like Snow Plow Package/Camper Package,Heavy Tow package it will choose Generic 2017 F-250 4x4, (not heavy duty) The Tec has to manually choose Heavy Duty and specs are different by up to 1+*. My truck was at 3.5 left and 3.9 right, under the 2016 software, With the new software set to Heavy Duty it dropped to 2.3 left and 2.7 right, Even the tow in/out specs are different. This could explain a lot of Issues people are having. Including all the Caster shims being produced are still for 2016 specs. May explain why Carli's shims not reaching specs as expected in the 17's. I'm talking to Craig at Spec Products and will report back.

These are my stock slugs which will be going back in once I install the radius arm drop brackets. Guy I spoke with at Wicked Customs said with the drop brackets and stock slugs I should be in 5.5 degree range and will correct my issues. I will certainly report back because I know what a issue this is for me driving my truck the way it is.
My truck was lifted and pulls to the right. Can this cause this?
yes. As I have posted to you in other places (trying to help you out), you need to get your caster dialed in. As Hackenbush has stated, these trucks need way more caster after being lifted.
Also, even if you don't believe me, the Toyo Mts have a known right pull. You may just have to deal with it
