For some reason the gophers disappeared and the moles took over. Moles are such a nuisance that I would shoot them with no problem.

I`ve gotten away from it, moles stay underground so they are impossible to hunt.

We have a few garter snakes but they don't seem to get moles.

Coyotes, foxes are about the only ones that likely do, maybe badgers too. Sadly there doesn't seem to be many owls here.

I had one large owl hanging in the area for awhile, but haven't seen him lately..

When I was still working I used to see them all the time hunting on the hydro lines ,quite a few would get hit flying into vehicle. I hit a snowy owl one morning going to work, looked to see if I could find it but no luck..

I`m glad to hear that there are lots of owls in your area John, don't know what happened.
If there`s large owl in your area there shouldn't be any mice around Steve.
