I still keep beating myself on that 59 Meteor though but I know it would be a money pit because there is no drive train in it or seats and so much more. I might still go and see the guy about it to see what he would want. I'd only be willing to pay scrap prices at the most..
How is the body on that Meteor? A friend of mine just can't seem to quit collecting 50`s-60`s Meteor cars and parts.
How does the wheelbase measure up between the two trucks John?

Body on the Meteor is very good, I haven't measured the differences in the trucks but all that can be changed. My truck is a short box extended cab and the 63? is a regular cab long box so it may be close..
I want to do something Morris but money is pretty tight now so kind of afraid starting something I might not be able to finish and have too much money into it and not get it back out..
I hate bodywork, I have no real experience and so I`m no good at it.
So the suspense grows on the 63.
I'll see him one of these days and ask to go see it and see what he says, he finds them and drags them home but he'll never do anything with them, just trys to save them from the crusher I guess. I'm sure he's sell it or even possibly let me have just to see it saved..

Nothing like new money pit...I mean project.

It's a skill I don`t posses.

Sounds like a real good car guy. I`ve always done the same.
Good night Steve and John.
