It`s only in a few places Perry, it`s still surprising since w didn`t get a lot of of snow this past winter. No shortage of sloughs and pot holes to go around seeding this spring. The ground hasn`t really thawed out a lot yet, some of the water should go down petty quick when it does.
Frost must have been pretty shallow this year around here. I went to the laundromat today and the preliminary construction crews were out getting ready to dig up 17th Ave in order to put in the extra 2 lanes for the transit expansion. They're starting with the hill crest section and the end of the extension this year and the center section thats by my place gets done next year. Now that the Timmies is closed by the laundry there's no more dopers hanging out there, means no more white boy junkies trying to steal laundry or being aholes to the people doing laundry.
Frost isn`t coming out too quickly here, quite a few warm spells but we`ve also had some pretty cold weather this past winter.
Every bit helps when it comes to cleaning up the neighbourhood.
We had some cold spells but not enough to set a deep frost this year. My backyard puddled up a bit but there was a fair amount of snow thrown in it. This year's landscaping will get everything graded to the dry well and it will be better next year, have to put in some windows first.
Happy Tuesday Mornin'all. -12C this morning, then +2C tomorrow. Lots of standing water. It's the worst I can remember. All the ditches and culverts are frozen. The municipality has had the steamers out, But they get a hole punched thru, then it freezes again. Have a great day guy's.
To bad you don't have some stoker coal and a few metal barrels Grant, you could ground thaw a section of the culvert and the warm water would melt the rest
Our condolences on the passing of Fast Freddie, Darrel
Good afternoon folks.
-2°C se wind 31 gust 41 km/h wind chill is -9 another spring day in paradise.

About the same here, more cold nights before it ''moderates''.
