How do Morris... I started mowing the yard and it started raining on me. I at least got the front yard done and some of the back so it looks presentable from the road. Next hitting the grocery and then cooking mozzarella stuffed meatballs and tortellini for supper.. probably some linguini as well..

I wish it would rain here but there is nothing in the forecast for at least the next 10 days so not likely I`ll be cutting grass till next spring...if then. A good thing I`m stocked up well, it`s too hot to go grocery shopping today.

I wish there was a down pour here, we`re so very dry that a spark could set everything on fire.

Auction on a hot evening should be fun, hopefully they have AC going full blast. Our local auction doesn`t have AC and last week it was brutal. It`s going to be 34° C here too tomorrow, 37°C for Friday and Sat.
Send it our way Steve, our ditches are full of dust.

Where did you go John? Is it brutally hot there too?

We needed this rain.. it was getting dry around the edges.. the grass was growing in clumps here and there..

It was a couple weeks since I had cut the front yard.. a lot of it I couldn't tell if it was cutting because it was stunted..

I can`t remember the last time I cut our grass, almost a month ago maybe? Now all cutting grass would do is to cause a dust storm.
