I've got a small roofing job to do on a shed but my foot is blistered where the Dr has been working on it and it might put me in a not to safe situation on this roof. The rain is off enough that I could work on the roof as its only a 4/12 pitch and is only 156 sq' but with all the trips up and down the ladder the foot would start to bugger itself up. There's other stuff I can do today like chase down part numbers so that I can identify a bunch of new brake pads that I got at the auction. They're all brand new in the box but I don't know what vehicles they're for .

Hope your day is more exciting than mine, listening to the cat snoring is my highlight so far.

It was a bit more so far. Ran to my daughter's to be there when the appliance repair lady showed up.. talked to a guy about bag worms at her place. He wants the job of treating them. Going to work in a couple more hours for another night of fun..

Am thinking about replacing the washer, dryer, fridge and possibly the stove in this place this summer. The washer and dryer are the energy efficient type and don't work worth a crap and the fridge has damage from the previous tenant and is cranked up to 80% on the cooling dial, nothing wrong with the stove but want it to match the fridge. Lease comes up in October and if the landlord wants me to stay here for the next 10 to 20 years there's going to need to be some improvements done to this place .

That sounds like a good bargaining point.. since you are probably willing to do the work in lieu of rent..

The house and garage need to be upgraded to 200 amp service so that's my main demand but I'll be buying the appliances so that I can make sure that I'm getting a decent set and not something they found in an alley. Previous landlord showed up with a great working washer at my last place which is why the electrical cord was cut off of it.

I guess there is that too. I am looking at possibly a new washer and a new grill.. or maybe order the parts and rebuild the grill I have.

The realty company that owns this has had it long enough that they could sell it to me so that they could get investment capital so that they can buy something in the area a few blocks from here that's getting rezoned into 3 floor walkups. It might help that I know of a few places that will be coming up for sale .

There's part numbers on them so that I can find out all of the vehicles that they fit, might do the brake job also if I think its worth the hassle.

I feel the same way now John, I watered all the little trees I planted last weekend.
We got free tickets so we`re going to a Senior`s Prom dine and dance starting late this afternoon.
