Good morning Oregon, welcome to Thursday! I think we'll actually see the sun for the first time in 2 weeks!

Morning Pat, and those to follow. Pat we are 50 and raining today so looks like we sent the sun your way.

Great hike yesterday caught one 5lb bigmouth bass and never had another nibble. Buddy landed a 1 lb and had one real large one on for a while. Saw beaver and some turtles along with one eagle. Guess eagle was tired of eating the lambs down in the valley.

Morning Andy, sounds like a productive hike! Going to be a busy weekend, with the warm weather moving in.

Good morning y'all!

I spent all afternoon at the steam cleaner cleaning my broken down tractor. Now that it's clean, I'll see if I can get it unloaded and moved into the shop.
Mine is an Esky camera that mounts to the license plate bolts, and a 7" Pyle monitor, both from Amazon. Mounted it kind of centered on the dash but forward a bit where it goes down, angled towards driver. In hindsight the screen may be a bit big, but i can really see what's back there. A 5" screen probably would have been fine.

I'll try to get a pic later today.

Morning Chris, Evan. I have a Pyle screen that mounts over the rear view mirror. The camera I got with it was trash, ended up ordering a new one off of Amazon, it's worked great since.

Amazon Amazon

Happy Friday! 53 raining off and on, wind gust over 50 MPH and no power in Holley area. Good thing I put the new generator in last year. Staying home until power comes back on. Girls don't like to switch brakers and turn the gen off.

Good morning Andy and the Oregon crew. Sounds like a mess, Andy. Hope they get the power back up soon!

I'm good Pat. I put in an 11 KVA Kobota Generator with a 60 gallon tank so I can go for about 10 days on it.

Nice! I've been thinking about installing a genset on the house. Looked at 20KW set, that runs off of natural gas. About 6500 installed. Figured I get one big enough to run just about anything in the house.

Mine is big enough to run the freezers, frig, all lights, hot water heater and then one big appliance. So we still do laundry or can cook just not both at the same time. If you have natural gas to your property that is a good way to go. I don't so went diesel.
