Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Meeting with some people here at the house in a few minutes. Hopefully will get some problems worked out.
Ugh. About done renting out our house in NC. Had to evict the last tenants because they didn't pay rent for over a month and they were smoking in the house and left it full of trash and crappy furniture.
Anyone want to buy a nice 18 year old 3 bed 2 bath on a 1/3 acre in New Bern, NC?
$130k, property taxes are only $600 a year!
Morning Pat, and all to follow. 48 and raining, almost took the canoe to work today. But going up the hills in it would be more work than I want to do this early in the morning. Raining hard enough that if I was a few pounds lighter I think it may work.
Great hike yesterday the weather held until we headed back. We decided to choose a different one each week until we get in shape for hiking back to the high Mtn. lakes for fishing this summer.

Good soggy morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Raining profusely. Putting on the life jacket and tying a life line to the front porch to get the garbage can out to the road this norming.

They seem to be doing a decent job as far as the tenants go, but the interaction with us leaves a lot to be desired and I don't like the managers attitude.
We've gotten several recommendations from others for a company we are going to talk to when this contract gets closer to the end.
