The weather is fantastic here sunny blue sky and 51° , but we are heading over to Forest Grove and Hillsboro for the day.

Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Fog finally lifted for the most part and we have some blue sky. 45 and climbing.
Some mowing in the yard to finish up today. Also have some written testimony to get sent off to Salem today against the anti gun bills coming up for a hearing on Monday as well as some verbal testimony to give in my 2 minutes of time.
Also have some income taxes to finish up and efile. Been procrastinating, but have run out of time for that. They are mostly done, just have to double check, cross some T's and dot some I's.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Turned out to be a beautiful day today. Supposed to be another one tomorrow.
Went out to Fort Hill this afternoon and met with my hunting and fishing partner. Have our deer and elk hunts all planned out and he is going to take a trip in July to Alaska to go fishing. Wish I was going with him. We'll be at Diamond Lake in July fishing.

Howdy all.......beautiful day here.....long day planting carrots.....about another half day and all the females will be in.....then on to the males. Pretty hard work for the crew.....I'm glad I'm the tractor driver.

Watched the grandkids hunting Easter Eggs via FaceTime.
Probably won't have much opportunity. The Democrats have set up the not so public hearings to deliberately limit our input. They can spend days and week talking and joking with the environmentalist and the Californians wanting to spend our money..........but they give Oregonians 2 minutes or less to object to their communistic gun control laws.

These carrots are being raised for seed....so the males are their for the pollination, and the females produce the seed. The males are mowed down before harvest.
