We had 50 degrees here today.....up a little from 17 a couple of days ago....Snow is melting pretty good.....almost down to the six inch layer of ice.
Went to one of the grandson's birthday party today......that went pretty well.
Have a great Sunday!
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 38, dark, dank and gray. Raining cats and dogs at the moment. We have two NWS warnings in place, one for snow and ice and a 2nd one for floods. Sounds like fun.
This darn cable company will probably have some type of "weather outage" for the Super Bowl. Seems like they have a tremendous amount of weather problems.
Good morning Tim, John, Evan, Jim and those to follow.
35° and raining hard, will see what the rest of the day brings.
Jim, we have the same advisory's here. ( Flood warnings has been cancelled here )
Hey Wayne have a good Sunday too.
Good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else.
Well, it took about 6 hours after the Warden's mothers passing for my sister to start feeling left out and raising hate and discontent over my mother. Anything to keep the attention turned to her and make sure everyone feels sorry for her. Got my attention big time though as it seems she's been doing some bad mouthing to out of state friends. I'll handle it!
If you don't hear anything further from me, please address Christmas Cards to me C/O Oregon State Corrections. Think I'll try for Snake River - Farewell Bend facility. About as far away as I can get and still be in Oregon.

Funny Chris! Snow and Ice warnings have been cancelled here but the flood warnings are still in effect big time. Putting out sand bags and piles of sand at the old trailer plant.
Watching the Super Bowl. I think someone need to start playing football....
Still raining cats and dogs.
Creek down the road to the south of us is out of its banks. Those folks down that way that are NOT in a Flood zone are dangerously close to getting wet. Water climbing up through the yards.
I'm in the Flood Zone with no water close. Gutter isn't even full. It is on the other side of the street, but the water will Pond to the West away from us, leaving us high and dry. I've been saying for the last 20 some years that someone really screwed up the flood plain designation and the hydrology for this area.
Can't get anyone to reexamine it though.
