So that kit is for both pieces and the part numbers were confirmed on the Ford accessory page for the 2017 F350. I did my homework here.

What company provide the wireless service?

Im guessing the wireless connection is via a company through cell phone towers? Does anyone know which company provides the wireless service? Verizon? ATT?

I think it is a GSM SIM. Not sure who the provider is. I dropped mine off at the dealer today in hopes they can install it tomorrow when the truck shows up.

I had my remote access kit installed by the dealer today. The system works great. I am very happy.

Can you elaborate on how you use it, what the monthly/yearly fee is (if there is an unlimited plan) and what was needed to get it configured?

Thanks!

There in an Android app that I am using. You can also use the website. You have 5 functions: Lock / Unlock / Find / Start / Stop. All the find function does is honk the horn and flash the lights, pretty much what Panic does.

The app requires the Sim ID for the Sim that is included in the kit and also a pin which is setup by the dealer.

The yearly fee is $50 after a 3 day trial.

I added a screenshot of the app.
