Hardy - Here's the info on the hole covers/plates.
Note that there are two different types of screws used. I think the ones on the right are the correct ones, although I can't find the part number (N610937) anywhere that describes it. And the ones on the left are wrong because they are intended for countersunk holes, and especially ones in plastic given the washers on two of them.
And, here are the connections to the resistors in the heater box. I think the black wire is circuit #57 on Page 142 here: A/C & Heater - ???Gary's Garagemahal.
OK, guys thats helps alot.
I thought the upper left pin was broken, so I solder a new one at the tiny rest...man, that was difficult
I think the plates are missing. I make my ownes out of alu sheet.
did anyone how to reach the guys at GREENSALES via Email. I try two differend addresses unsuccessfull.

still waiting for the painter...
installing an elektric fan, hope that I dont have to built a funnel for it. do you have any experieces with that?
installing a brush n' bearing kit into the generator. of course, new paint on it.
put some anti sound and heat mats into the doors and cab
sorry, the pics are out of the line, dont know what happend.
Hardy - Looking good! But I do believe you will need the "funnel" as you called it, or shroud as we would call it, to make that fan fully effective.
Also, is that the alternator that came with the truck? If so you may want to upgrade to a 3G alternator as it will put out as much at idle as the 1G does at full tilt.
Is that a Spall fan? Looks like a 16". If so you will need at the minimum of 100 amps. If it is a Spall it will draw around 40 amps. I agree with Gary you should have a shroud to funnel the air flow thru the fan.
Most 1G's are good for 60 amps at some place around 2000 RPM, but basically nothing at idle. And yet it is at idle and low RPM that you need the fan. And, if you need the fan you'll be running the A/C, assuming your truck has it, and the blower takes a lot of current. Plus the engine itself.
I don't think a 1G and an electric fan are a good combo.
is there a 2G gen? it's not that old 1G gen, I had once in my '69 Mustang.
my gen has 2 plugs on the side, one with 3 wires and the other has 4 wires, I think. will make a pic of it...later.
