got the bolts, nuts, latshes, hinges, brackets and locks back from plating.
sadly in europ it's no longer allowed to plated things in gold(yellow), so I got it in silver(white).
a pin/bushing kit installed

need a carbspacer that fit the original manifold, to eliminate the EGR valve.
I don't think we can get Cadmium (yellow) plating done here either, crap is poisonous. I found an excellent source for powder coating and Gary does his own.
I do not remember one that you could find in Europe. There were non-EGR spacers for the 370 and 429 HD truck engines. My suggestion, tap the hole in the manifold and put a plug in it, then it only needs to seal the actual carburetor holes and around the edge for support. If you can find a source for the proper gaskets for the spacer you can either plug the EGR hose or just leave that part of the vacuum system off. I know here Fel-Pro makes the replacement gaskets for the spacer and carburetor.
Q:
Will this product block off the egr port on my 1986 Ford F-250 with the 7.5? Also if I do decide to swap intakes to a non egr what would be the proper trans depth number to get the proper inch spacing I would need? Thanks for the help.

A:
Hello Brian, Yes, this is designed to block off that port. It will depend on what intake you decide to use, I recommend calling one of our technicians and we can direct you to the correct Adapter to purchase through Summit Racing. Best regards, Trans Dapt. Technical Support (562) 921-0404

is there any carbspacer that blocks the EGR exhaust port?
If you'd like to save a little money, there's a cheaper option instead of replacing the entire spacer assembly. Just remove the EGR valve and block off the passage on the existing spacer.
Here's a thread showing it done on a straight 6, but the principles are the same for your engine:
On my 351W, I had to keep the EGR valve installed for emissions inspection. Even though the inspector doesn't usually look under the hood here in Oregon, I didn't want to give them any ammo if he did. I left the valve installed but made a thin stainless steel plate that fits between the valve and spacer assembly.
This is on a 300 six.
I wanted to seal off the EGR port but keep the valve in place "just in case".
I used an expansion plug. Don't know if the v8's could use the same or not?
