Only if it's
1) A FoMoCo tailgate (e.g. from the factory or dealership parts stock)
2) An aftermarket manufacturer licensed the right to have the letters on their reproductions
One can purchase el-cheapo reproduction tailgates but they won't be built to Ford's specifications nor will they have the FORD lettering.

lotta work, folks.
U guys will know it. the more parts you remove from the Truck, the more work U will see.
start'n with a little dent repair/painjob turns out in a big overhaul.
but outside's nasty, I can stay in the shop.
It takes me more than a monts to get the big panels, such as roof and bed prepped.
the hood was hopeless, so I buy a better one.
like another one said: one step forward, two steps back.
finding some cracks in the radiator support and fender, I was forced to remove the fenders as well.

Incited from "augsburger" after his thread "how not..." I look closer to my kickpanel.
after the fender was removed I found a "rubbermouth" in the lower kickpanel section.
on the driver side sidepockets was compledly filled with debrit/dirt. the other side was a little "better" .
luckly all inside is bone dry, so no rust is inside.
wondering how to clean this "pockets" without removing the hole fender?
still looking for a good RH lower front quarter panel molding...hardy

Looking good there in Germany! Yes, the dance is two steps forward and one back. There is progress, but less progress than movement. Still, alls well that ends well.
I don't think you can get to the rubber-mouth as you call it without pulling the fenders. However, there is a remote chance that you could do it via the kickpanels, meaning the trim panels beside the driver's left foot and passenger's right foot. Behind those panels there's either a vent or a blocked-off hole that may allow access to the rubber-mouth. I'll have to look at Dad's truck, which is apart, and see it that is possible.

I have to do that
to fix that
and find that
a crack in the exhaust manifold on passenger side...F***K.
hitting the laptop, seaching for a solution and find a used manifold.
it looks pretty much the same:
the seller said he dont know from what car is it. he buy a 460 FORD motor with that manifolds.
the casting has a number D5TE 9430 CC.
my question is, will it fit to my Truck?

I'm guessing the manifolds in the pics showing the casting numbers are his and not yours, and obviously the one with the crack is yours. If so, his may not fit as it looks like the distance between the #4 port and the outlet is different. But that's just a guess.
I also looked in the parts catalog and, unfortunately, they didn't include the ID or casting numbers on the earlier manifolds. However, the part numbers you need are E5HZ 9530-B for the right side, and E5HZ 9431-D for the left. Note - That's the part numbers, not the casting numbers.
Perhaps Jim or Bill have the numbers off their manifolds? I have headers and no manifolds.

My manifold numbers won't help, all of them I have are EFI, both early (E7 casting numbers) or late (F3 casting numbers). I don't think any of the pictures I have of the old stuff shows the casting numbers. D5 would be correct for 1985-87 possibly. The real issue would be what if any emission setup is on the truck, the last of the carbureted 460s generally had dual air pumps with air going both in through the heads and externally to the exhaust ports. The latter will work for one without the external air pipes by plugging the holes.
Let me look at my Dorman catalog after breakfast and see what they show for casting numbers or part numbers.
