6.7 reduced engine power
Last night coming home from a tractor pull with about 8000 lbs on our gooseneck and running 70 mph suddenly the truck flashed REDUCED ENGINE POWER and dropped to 15mph. All gauges looked good no smoke or anything just wouldn't go over 10 to 15 mph. Truck has 125,000 on it with no problems. I bought it used when it had 80000 on it. We limped into a exit and got off the road and shut it off. Not being able to find anything started it back up and everything was Ok. Run the other 70 miles home at 70 mph with no problems. Any ideas?

Could be EGT sensor. In addition I would make sure it has the latest emissions flash as it is believed it should help with this issue. It is a free upgrade that was sent out to the owners to bring there trucks in for the flash.
