I'm thinking I will order the 37x11.50x20 Nitto Trail Grappler. A buddy of mine just installed on a 2014 F250. Since they are 1" thinner than the 37x12.50x20 maybe they will be less likely to rub. They are the same 36.77" in height.
Looking forward to pics. I've never been a fan of the really wide tires like 13.5's. The 12.5's are max for me but I'd love to see how the 11.5's look on your truck.
I called my dealer to get my speedo re-calibrated since I replaced the dinky 17" tires. Dealer told me they couldn't. So I called the next closest dealer with a known to be better service dept. They said they can re-cal for about 5 tire sizes. I have an appt Friday. I will update if they can't get it done.
Update:
My dealer was correct, Ford software cannot re-calibrate on the 2017's, and still can't on the 2016's. So I will find out if 5star can.
I remember reading something about a "Tire Rotations Per Mile" setting. This isn't setting a tire size per se, but it helps the odo know how many rotations makes a mile. I'm not the guy to figure this out. I just remember reading about it somewhere.
Installed the Nitto 37x11.5x20 (photo) but they rubbed bad on the inside. Traded them in for 295/65/20's. Liked the look but didn't like the rubbing. Now I
Katymike - what is the measurements from wheel well to tire front and rear? I'm wanting to do the same set-up as soon as Icon comes out w/ their 2.5" springs. I'm contemplating the 4" block in the rear vs. the stock 3.25" to get a little more rake - but the rear is already so damn high!
Cool - thank you! The current block on the rear is a tapered 3.25" one I believe. I think I want to make that a 4" like the previous model year 350's and then 2.5" Icon springs in the front with 295 Toyo A/T's. Anybody out there can confirm that the old blocks are in fact 4"? Are they tapered?
