unwillingness to initiate judicial action for eviction of a tenant (HUD requires that Section 8 tenants can only be evicted by judicial action, even where state law allows other procedures)[citation needed]

Thank you for the links. I contacted my SPC case worker and he is going to contact someone in the legal department as he has heard the same thing, and there are other vets in the same situation.

Happy Saturday Nor Cal. Hope everyone has a good one.

Spoke to the property management company today, and they want me to stay. So they are going to have the pest control people come out one more time. I have the section 8 voucher (given to me to give to the new apartment owners when I move) so I can give that to them to fill out, but before I do I want to contact HUD to see if they will accept it from the same company. If not, then it is a moot point to try and stay here.

Movin slowly. This is for da boids! Tried going out today and wiped out along with extremely tender everywhere below the belt. To be honest the procedure sites are what hurts, not the original problem.

Of course momma has been driving MY baby and left hers in the driveway.

Modoc, I feel for you. Been there, done that. No fun.

Scott hard to find good help these days eh?

Lazy day here, sent inquiries to two more apartments, but I doubt I will get a response until Monday.

I wish apartments with no availability would pull their ads... Makes no sense to keep them up and turn people away.

Hank,

I'll pass on Nurse Ratchet. Bad enough that I have a genuine cowgirl watching out for me.

The biggest panic I had is that she has a tendency to drive until the tank is almost empty then put $20-$30 of fuel in.

At least she got the correct nozzle at the pump.
