Any difference between a '14 and '16 grill?

Looking at grille inserts and some are listed as fitting 2011-2014 Super Duty. Shouldn't it still fit a 2016? They are the cut and replace insert type. Thanks

For all practical purposes they are the same. They maybe have been updated on a few parts (from BC3Z to DC3Z or EC3Z). If you click on a part, the next page will give you the years and trucks used on.

So the answer is; Yes. there is a difference. The opening in the surround is smaller on the 2016. by about 1/4" top to bottom. The grille I ordered does not fit.
