The grill surround, whether chrome (on the Lariat) or body color (all others) is the same on all the trucks. The center insert (which also incorporates the real structural support of the grill) is different from one model to the next.
I just put a T-REX billet grill on my Lariat - which is what the photo at the top of this thread looks to be. I didn't want the chrome surround of the Lariat so I bought an STX grill assembly from the dealer to get a body color surround. The T-REX "full" billet grill requires a lot of work to install (and can be used on any of the factory grill styles) as you have to take the factory unit apart first which involves undoing some tricky clips.
Once you have the factory unit apart you use a dremel tool (with a cutoff wheel) to cut out the center of the plastic grill - a fair amount of work. Finally you re-assemble the surround and grill frame along with the billet unit and install it on the truck - which is trickier than it sounds. The result is beautiful (I also installed the lower billet insert in the bumper) but unless you are really good with your hands you may want to pay your local shop to do the install.
By the way, one of the truck magazines (can't remember which one) currently on the stands has an article that details the install of the T-REX grill.
