Need some splaining.... My Etis says... "Less Fifth Wheel Hitch Kit", but my original order confirmation from the dealer says..."5th wheel prep" (53W). The question I Have is will this truck come with the Ford Puck System? Truck also has Snow Plow/Camper package (47B). What should I be looking for? Thanks.

I didn't ask and they didn't say. I have seem many F-350's hanging off the back of a carrier. No idea otherwise.

Between what the Ford options available to order etc. and what the Etis site says are two different things. The verbage between the two are much different for the same option. Now I can see why it gets confusing to the layman or dealer as it applies.

My dealer called his Ford Rep
Our Ford Rep told my dealer that we should have a serial number for the F450 next week. The Ford Rep made a second statement that I am not quite sure what that means:
I reached out to my Ford Rep on Wednesday, and thought that we should have a vin# next week. He said that they still don't have the ok to buy yet
Only time will tell.

Was at the dealer today finalizing some trade numbers and we went to look at my truck in ford visibility. Strangely enough it has fallen out of the system. It was showing "Plant" status. Now it's gone. No telling what is going on. Dealer is going to call ford Monday.
