Build Day
Just received my order info and it not only gave me a build week, it has a build day. I have not seen anyone post a build day, only build weeks. Anyone else have a build day?

I talked to my dealer a week ago and he said he checks every Thursday and it still says July 27 and if it changed he would let me know. Oh well I just keep putting the miles on the 2015 trade-in so I am ok with waiting with a trade in price being firm(I keep reminding him of that fact). The dealer not so ok with waiting too long since he knows I am off to quite a number of horse shows (1200 miles again this weekend).

That is very early in the schedule. I hope your timeline holds. You could have your truck before my build date arrives. Keep us posted.

That is 20 total days from build to delivery. I wonder if that is about average. What state are you in?

Did your dealer order the 2017 as their highest priority dealer stock? Thats what mine did and my vin ends in 13990.

i am truly baffled, i talked to my dealer,talked with several at ford and everyone tells me they will not start production until late August! and i asked about everyone here posting thay they have vins,i was told unless someone posts a complete vin# they have no idea what numbers people are talking about...i ordered my truck the day the order banks opened, we ordered two trucks one was dealer stock and one for me,which.ever truck was built first will be mine...that was 4/22 i believe. ive even spoke to ford customer care, no vins yet and no production dates yet.. the super duty plant is closed the entire month of july..
