Just received my order info and it not only gave me a build week, it has a build day. I have not seen anyone post a build day, only build weeks. Anyone else have a build day?

All I have is 8/8, I assumed that was my build day but could be wrong I suppose.

Yes I have had a build date of July 27 for awhile. We will see if it actually gets done that soon.

I started with 7/27 too like a lot of folks that got moved to 8/8, I wonder if you were bumped too.

I talked to my dealer a week ago and he said he checks every Thursday and it still says July 27 and if it changed he would let me know. Oh well I just keep putting the miles on the 2015 trade-in so I am ok with waiting with a trade in price being firm(I keep reminding him of that fact). The dealer not so ok with waiting too long since he knows I am off to quite a number of horse shows (1200 miles again this weekend).

For quite a while now, mine has build week of July 18. Build day of July 19. And now an ETA to the dealer of 8/08. (not counting on that ETA just yet).

That is very early in the schedule. I hope your timeline holds. You could have your truck before my build date arrives. Keep us posted.

If Raindesert gets his truck just as ours are being built, well, we'll all be pretty jealous. But for his sake Inhope he gets it that early.

That is 20 total days from build to delivery. I wonder if that is about average. What state are you in?

When I looked at my window sticker it showed a start date of 6/20/16. According to my dealer and the online Ford chat it had a ETA of 07/25/16. Needless to say I'm excited. My vin ends in 13144

I find it surprising that the factory set that ETA date too, seems not likely but who knows. I am just south of Portland Oregon. My dealer trucks get railed to "dock 42" in Portland on the factory info sheet. From there they get trucked to my dealer in Corvallis. The other stock unit for my dealer has the exact same ETA, and gets built a week earlier than mine. I do know their rep told them they get 2 early build trucks. Just how early, we shall see every Thursday. In case anyone around here is ready for a stock unit, my dealer's unit is a 176" 4x4 6.7 Lariat in Platinum White, not sold yet. :-drink

Did your dealer order the 2017 as their highest priority dealer stock? Thats what mine did and my vin ends in 13990.

It has a priority of 20. It is the first 2017 they are getting

i am truly baffled, i talked to my dealer,talked with several at ford and everyone tells me they will not start production until late August! and i asked about everyone here posting thay they have vins,i was told unless someone posts a complete vin# they have no idea what numbers people are talking about...i ordered my truck the day the order banks opened, we ordered two trucks one was dealer stock and one for me,which.ever truck was built first will be mine...that was 4/22 i believe. ive even spoke to ford customer care, no vins yet and no production dates yet.. the super duty plant is closed the entire month of july..

Your dealer just doesnt know whats going on. To get an early truck they must order dealer stock and use their lowest priority number in relation to the other ordered trucks. For intance at my dealer the first 3 orders for stock were priority 21,22.23. The 2 trucks due to dealer on 8-8 are the 21,22. 21 is mine. I also have a window sticker.
