Question for you, I placed my order on May 27th and have only received the first portion of the VIN. The order was placed as a retail order and his rep is telling him to change it to a stock order. I don't know where this will ultimately put me but I don't want to get bumped to the bottom of the list. Common truck, 350 diesel, lariat, crew cab. Thanks in advance!

How did you get first portion for the VIN? What does that even mean? If you have a VIN then how can you now change to retail. This doesn't make sense.

I would think he has to have the entire VIN, never heard of just the first portion. He will need to ask his dealer for more info.

My truck was dealer stock and no vin after sitting dealer stock for 1.5 months. It's now retail so in my case dealer stock did not pan out.
How did you get first portion for the VIN? What does that even mean? If you have a VIN then how can you now change to retail. This doesn't make sense.

I placed my order within 4 days of orders opening so very early on. I ordered platinum white with Brunell interior(I think that is how it is spelled. Always have black so wanted a change inside).
