When that truck was stolen it probably wasn't recovered right away so the insurance company totals it and pays out the customer. Then a few months or longer down the road the truck was found. It was already totaled to the owner so now it is sent off to a salvage place as totaled even though it is no where near enough damage to be totaled. Good for someone buying it after the fact. So now that I found this good deal someone has to buy it! Haha
