Hoping it rains here today. Only gotten a few showers at best last couple days and grass and trees are looking sickly. Trying to water the trees with buckets takes a while. It's Thirsty Thursday so drink up and stay hydrated!
I hope things go alright for you Tom, not entirely sure of what your family has going on but I know even routine stuff can get tiring and problematic fairly quickly.
Thanks Ethan. Hannah is our 4-year-old daughter who has spina bifida. She's had some really crappy luck with it so far.
Good morning guys... More storms rolled through in the wee hours here... Geeze we could use a break from this and just get a normal rain fir a change..
Day two of second shift is over, pretty much 2 to 1 with drive time included. Working on getting used to it but so far can't sleep late enough in the morning.

All the humidity is building up for another good storm by the looks of the light show to the west on my way home tonight.
Good morning Baatzy or good night is it...

Looks like you need an equalizer hitch. A little sag there plus pulling a second trailer would make it nice.

Good morning Cory! Our grass had pretty much turned brown and went dormant again. Dang rain means I will have to mow again. Haha

Sometimes those official reports are not so good. If you would have got that 2.75 over two days then it would have been good. I only got about 1/10 last night. Just enough to settle the dust.
The news was saying that Maple Grove area had about 1.75" of rain but my rain gauge had 2.75" in it. We needed it but not all at once like that. LOL

Been dry here also. We had a cold front move through friday evening that brought a squall of thunderstorms, probably 1/2" or so of rain. Maybe some thundershowers this afternoon and tomorrow. More on saturday and sunday.

the camper pulls really nice. It is like 28' total length and when fully loaded probably 8500lbs or so. I don't use any sway or draw bars, just the class 3 hitch. The snowmobile trailer with 4 kayaks probably weigh 500-600 lbs so not much to weight to tow. I will probably look into the Thule 830 roof rack stacker setup. Just sucks putting the kayaks up on the roof, the trailer is so much easier. I'm going to by a used boat trailer and use that for kayaks so that should be a little lighter than the snowmobile trailer.

Have you ever pulled that trailer with an equalizer hitch? It would be a night and day difference especially in the wind. Not too mention it would level everything out and be less stress on your camper. Right now the front axle on your camper is carrying more weight then the rear one. The tire wear is not even now either which is not good.
If nothing else at least flip your receiver hitch and that would raise your camper as well to at least help level it out.
