Chris, I realize now why there was the hole on the side of the tailpipe. It's from all the power the truck is making. LOL

It probably does Tom and you just haven't noticed yet. LOL

I called to get the VIN and also found this out. He says it has two bad injectors and blows white smoke. Any thoughts from the 6.4 experts?

Dead injectors would be a relatively cheap fix for two dead cylinders.
If the dead cylinders are not caused by injector problems, then it's something much more expensive...

They can't hurry. They are too busy trying to avoid all the broken down 6.0's on the road!

I wonder if the smoke is all the time or only at startup. I wonder if injectors misfiring could be causing some white smoke.

Tweeked / Tuned maybe? --
Headgaskets blown on two cylinders would give white smoke of it is coolant getting into the chambers...
Does that fit the profile of 6.4 blown headgaskets?

No, a blown head gasket on a turbo diesel will push coolant out.

Jay, check if it is deleted and if the egr is deleted. White smoke could just be misfiring injectors too.
