Dead injectors would be a relatively cheap fix for two dead cylinders.
If the dead cylinders are not caused by injector problems, then it's something much more expensive...

No, a blown head gasket on a turbo diesel will push coolant out.
Jay, check if it is deleted and if the egr is deleted. White smoke could just be misfiring injectors too.
