I swear, it seems you can't catch a break. They need to just cut you a check and be done with it. It will save your sanity.
I am "Mr. Example".
I already left a message with my insurance company, and sent the guy a butt load of pictures.
"Sanity"...it's gone. I just don't even care right now.
Urine culture shows growth, so he has a infection of some sort. But the culture isn't complete enough to know what it is resistant to, so the med are a guessing game. They're also waiting on blood culture to come back, but they say so far it looks clean.
Next they say some levels in his blood work are elevated, so they're saying he also had a minor heart attack.
It gets worse, they say he had fluid around his heart/lungs, and also had congestive heart failure going on.
Oh, and more... the CT scan showed something on his lungs which the doctor says could of been the beginning stage on pneumonia. Another doctor says it could just be a growth, but they don't think it is cancer. Will check it back out in 6 months to make sure it's gone/not growing.

Sorry to hear all of that Larry. I've been through all of what your going through, and more with my step dad years ago. It isn't fun, just waiting on the next test results are tough. Keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
Just heard back from our insurance company, and the appraiser took almost 90 pictures of the truck, and the damage was done to the bumper in his pictures. So it was the tow company's driver that did the damage.
Insurance company is making phone calls this morning.
It just keeps getting worse...
I made a trip to the body shop to give them a key to take the tool box out of the bed, and either the tow company, or the lot that it was taken to had done even more damage to my truck.
The first picture is after the two tree's were removed. And the front bumper was fine.
Second picture is on the roll back. Front bumper was fine.
Third picture......
WTH man?? if the tow company doesnt pay id call for law suit for doing more damage..

It's good to have the pictures to document it left the house with no damage to the bumper. Since it was done before the appraiser looked at it, figure he already estimated the damage with the rest of the work, so it won't add to the initial cost towards totaling it out.

Any more word from the Body Shop out here?
Yup, when the estimator seen the truck, that front bumper was already damaged. But, there is still something seriously wrong with the way that truck leans now.
And no word from the body shop in Fuquay yet. I was told it would get there today. But in the last two weeks (to the day), I've been told a lot of things would happen. And y'all know how that's lined up so far.

Bob, sucks man. Hope they get it straight soon. I got a dirt bike you can use if you need to get around.
I've had Ka'Bluey out the last few day's, and he's fun to drive around. Shari works from home three day's a week, so if I have any distance to drive, I wait and do that on a day that I can drive her Escape (that I can't stand to drive).
Shari's only driven Ka'Bluey once in the 6 years we owned him back in Missouri. She like to ride in em' just not for driving him.
Well a little update, I guess they changed their mind on the heart attack. But his heart was in fact stressed and leaked a tiny amount of troponin. Which I guess is what happens when you have a heart attack but I guess they say it wasn't enough to call it a heart attack.
His white blood count is back to normal so the infection is under control/gone.

Hoping he will be coming home tomorrow.
Good deal Larry, hopefully he'll continue to get better, and can go home tomorrow.
A hospital is not a fun place to be.
Thanks for letting us know.
Yea, he is getting a little grumpy, and going very stir crazy so he is definitely doing better. He is supposed to have a stress test first thing this morning.

Yeah that stress test will tell the doctor a lot.
Hope he gets home today.
Wish y'all the best.
Good morning everyone.. I have a stress test next week, not that I'm looking forward to it...lol
Yeah...... I don't think I'd be too wild about that myself. And I just KNOW, that one day my doctor is going to drop that bomb on me. Years ago I got told by a neighbor that the "Politician" that was going around door to door looking for votes, told him (neighbor) that "I, have Anger Issues"...
So I'm sure that being told to take a Stress Test, will send me through the roof.
