That is funny! Gotta love people with a sense of humor.

He needs a new tape measure, the bottom of those running boards (tube steps) are more like maybe 26" off the ground. If they were the 36" claimed I think that they would be more even with those 37" tires.............

Should these be a direct fit for my 03? At $100, I am seriously tempted...

Is that just one "set" of lights?

It looks as though it is only the passenger side.
(unless of course you want to leave the drivers side as it is)

With the listing saying "Lights" I assume it is for both. But I will have to wait and see what the seller says. Most of all, I want to make sure they will actually work on my 03.

They changed in 05 so I think you might need to get the header and everything else also unless you can modify the header to make them fit. Someone who has done the conversion might chime in.

Come on David, you know they are Just have to trim the header panel, or if you want to do it the right way buy the correct header panel.

I figured that some trimming would be all that was needed. I have an e-mail in to the guy now, I guess I will see what he has to say.

Thanks everyone.

The instructions are in the tech stickys. Like Apoc said, the header can be trimmed (a couple hour job), or for about a hundred bucks and a few bolts you can replace the header. You'll also need a harness to change the headlight connector (35 bucks for the good ones).
The light output difference is great!

I know I should have checked the tech folder... I will have to see what the guy says to my e-mail, but if this is going to turn into a project, then I might pass for now. I have way too many projects already planned, and my wife might kill me if I start another.
