Has anyone contacted him about center caps and whether or not he has them?
Keep in mind that they use the regular standard chrome center caps that the factory EX alloys came with. That set of rims is a great deal, maybe contact Bentley Coop, he posted a link to them also and is up in that part of the world (at least closer than Ohio! )

Just got an email back from the seller. No center caps and will only accept cash, though he would ship if I were to set it up which was a little odd...
Talked to the guy and his father in law bought it new. But he really wants to sell, over the phone I got him down to $5,500. Just wanted to see if it wasn't a SCAM and he knows nothing about it. Just helping to sell.

Are you in Eau Claire? I'm about to do a complete brake job and if those leaf springs are not as rusted as mine I'd be interested! Mine was built in the same month as that one and didn't see any pics of the leaf springs. If you are in EC, p,ease let me know if you would be willing to check out the leafs for me?!? I'm in GB and likely won't be able to get over there before they close tomorrow. Wish they were open on Saturdays!
