Time for good dash cams
Just found out that our local police no longer respond to non-injury traffic accidents. Too busy with crack heads I guess. So I have tried the Cobra Drive 100 from Costco and returned it as it was skipping portions of video, some reviewers had the same problem with theirs. Looking for decent cams for all my vehicles, what have you tried, what is good?

Uniden 945 seems to work quite well, costs a litle bit $200 or so, but its HD and it just works, I will try and grab a clip or two when I get a moment, I did grab a $30 from the local Shell down the road from where I work that seems to work just as well, quality of that one is cheap plastic and video quality compared to the Uniden is lacking, but it at least does the job, I can post video from both if you would like to see the video quality, just let me know.

I use Falcon EYE
www.dashcam.com
It comes with 2 cameras. The main camera that gets suctioned to the front windshield and another waterproof one with a 30' cable. It's 1080 HD with night vision, but the night vision sucks at least the model I have. Still trying to learn it.
I was going to look into the Cobra.

Not sure if this will work, but here is a video that I pulled off my Uniden (I use a 32GB SD card in it)
