Need help with flexplate

Ok so I have a 86 f350 with a 460 auto and I have a 84 t19 4speed that I want to put in it but don't have a flex plate. I was told the flex plate and clutch kit from a 6.9idi would work. What other flex plate interchange beside the 429 and 370ci?

The diesel is not going to work. And you need a flywheel for your manual, a flexplate is used with a automatic. We know what you are talking about but it might confuse the parts people.
