Right, the 351W motor. I just couldn't remember the size. I know the different plants made the different motors and the different plants made the same thing but with different castings but the most common one is the Windsor so I chose that one as my go to Honestly I didn't know there was a 3rd though, I thought it was just the W and C motors.

This doesn't seem like a bad deal if you are close. I believe we can use '15 wheels on our rigs, can't we?

^^^^^The wheels will fit but they need spacers so they don't rub.

$650 for a set with new factory rubber on them seems like a good deal, doesn't it?

Green: It's not bad, but you have to like that wheel to invest in the spacers to make it worth it.

Yeah considering quality spacers cost that much or more.... If I had a 2005 or later f250, I would never buy a set of tires, but just use up all the great deals on takeoff wheels with new tires.

Damn, I didn't realize spacers would be that much. I guess you would be better going with aftermarket in the correct offset for that price.

Or just swap in the 05+ suspension, its not THAT much more than the high quality spacers if you shop around

Or keep on the hunt for a set of the '04 Super Duty Lariat, Harley Davidson, King Ranch or SVT 18" rims that have the correct dimensions to fit our leaf sprung EXs without the need for spacers.
Only the '04 rims fit the bill here as that was the only year Ford offered plus sized (over 16") rims for the pickups prior to the suspension redesign in '05. They are fairly rare but they do pop up on the various online lists for sale, several of us have found them here.
