He's way over priced I buy those all the time for $300-$400 around here, and his bottom bar is bent. I bought a fab fours for $350 the other day. I sold it to a buddy of mine for his 04 ex, he has 38's and 6" or 8" lift so it should look sweet on it. Watch those used prices, paying 800 for that one will be pretty pricey after it gets repainted or rhino lined.
